Returns/Exchanges

Purchases may be returned for exchange within 30 days of when you receive your order.

To be eligible for exchange, all purchases must be unused and in the same new condition that it was received in.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

All returns for exchange will be inspected. The customer exchanging said item will receive an email confirmation that the item has been received and whether the exchange has either been approved or rejected. If approved, an exchange will be processed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fees when sending back an item for exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are non-refundable.

All exchanges must be for an item of equal value. Please note that all items are solely available in limited stock, so be sure to contact us before returning an item for exchange to ensure the item you wish to receive is available.
